KBOS was founded by King Lau, whose journey began as an apprentice before becoming a skilled contractor in Hong Kong. With years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial renovation projects, King developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and project management.

In 2019, he brought his expertise to Canada, where he adapted to the building structures, style and techniques found here. Since then, he has earned the trust of friends and clients through quality work and dedication. His portfolio includes home and basement renovations, hotel maintenance, guests room upgrades, deck and fence building, front and backyard landscaping, and brick paving (interlocking), among other projects.
